Kaan Erkan graduated from Istanbul 29 Mayıs University Faculty of Law. Since 2025, he has been providing consultancy services in the fields of Consumer Law, Contract Law, Law of Persons, Negotiable Instruments Law and Corporate Law. Erkan has been working at Balay, Eryiğit & Erten Attorney Partnership since 2026 where he works in the areas of Consumer Law, Labor and Social Security Law, Contract Law, Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, and is a registered member of the Istanbul Bar Association.
